HAPPY! IM SO HAPPY! This is absolutely affordable for someone just starting their journey with freah milling. It's loud but not horrible. A person could just use some ear plugs if they are sensitive to noise. I have made some pretty amazing cookies, sourdough, muffins and biscuits now with the flour I grind/mill. I have sifted flour and just soaked the brand or germ left that didn't go through the sieve sifter and all is well. Im not spending over $400 on a mill to teach myself fresh milling. There's only 2 cons I feel after purchasing this product. 1. It arrived slightly bent. But I'm not going to complain. It doesn't have an effect on grinding/milling flour. 2. I really wish it had a 12" sifter. It's a tiny sifter that comes with it but I really shouldn't complain about that either. Over all I'm very satisfied with price and quality of this product!

This grinder does everything I want it to, which is making flour out of wheat berries. The only downside is the volume, but I set it on the back porch to grind and it's great.

I was able to mill the most beautiful and delicious wheat berry flour for my bread machine. You can store the bran after sifting and use it to sprinkle over loaves and for non stick dough/baking options. You can also leave the bran after milling (and not sift) for a heartier and more nutritious option. I love the tilt functionality and it only took about 45s to mill a nice amount of flour. The bread I make with my own milled wheat berry rises higher and is much more enjoyable in terms of flavor (over store bought flour). I use Liberty Grains winter and soft wheat berry. The machine does jump when you turn on the timer, but once you know that it's not a problem. It comes with everything you need to start off. I like the sifter that comes with it and the brush is very helpful with cleaning the unit. Very very happy with my purchase.
