A good alternative to spending over $1,000 for a Bunn water line machine. However, it will require a water line (refrigerator ice maker feed will work). The water feed provided has 3/4" garden hose fittings at each end. One fits the machine, but you will need to get a 1/4" to 3/4" adapter for the feed line. I bought a two-piece assembly at a plumbing supply store, but apparently Home Depot has a one-piece available. AND, the water line connector provided with the unit is a piece of flimsy plastic. Mine came with one knob broken. Fortunately, ACE hardware had a washing machine supply hose in steel, so it worked. A dishwasher supply kit might also work. Do NOT count on relying on the "instructions" provided. They are sketchy at best, and obviously written by an AI translator.

Great replacement for a bunn machine for the money

Unit works well, keeps coffee hot, and brews ice tea with ease. I wish it had a different color band for decaf coffee, but other than that - a flawless unit

Ran about two months now without any issues. Would recommend putting a online filter before before the machine. But all in all it has been good to us.

Machine works great and the price is right. Wish it would have come with one of the three urns different just for decaf but thats a minor gripe.

I unboxed and returned this. It was purchased as an alternative to a commercial coffee maker, but the water hook up is 3/4 inch hose pipe on one side (into the machine) and some kind of faucet adapter on the other. As if it's used to hook up to a kitchen sink. My supply line is the same as a fridge ice maker, so coming up with a connection from 1/4" supply to 3/4" would require a number of fittings to rig it to work. I boxed it, returned it at the company expense, and was credited that day. So although I can't really rate the machine, I rate the company and service 5 star.

Received my coffee maker today shipped fast. Seem to be well packaged didn't look to be beat up at all in shipping and yet one glass coffee carafe was broken at the neck I don't think it was a shipping damage but more a assembly damage

Have used it for over a month. Now complaints. Works great!

vevor quality shines through. Even when not used for a week the water retention level does not change. The coffee is always hot when brewed and the unit is easily cleaned with a damp cloth. I would definitely purchase this coffee maker again.
