We needed a coffee maker that would fill according to quantity versus time brewed (something we have, but is contingent on water pressure). This fit the bill and works great! The only "con" about this purchase is that extra decanters are not available for purchase. I would love to buy a matching decanter for the extra pot or for decaf, but accessories are not available.

I was replacing a commercial coffee maker that finally stopped working with this unit. It is every bit as good as the quality of the other one and the price was so much better that I was able to basically get a free coffee grinder too, and that is quite impressive as well.!
