Received my coffee maker today shipped fast. Seem to be well packaged didn't look to be beat up at all in shipping and yet one glass coffee carafe was broken at the neck I don't think it was a shipping damage but more a assembly damage

vevor quality shines through. Even when not used for a week the water retention level does not change. The coffee is always hot when brewed and the unit is easily cleaned with a damp cloth. I would definitely purchase this coffee maker again.

Last one i got in-store was not great the light u could barely tell if it was on ! Seemed ‘cheap’ as compared to previous ones . This one is great, i luv this coffee maker ! Looks much nicer too!

It's a nice looking coffee pot. But it could be a bit better quality. It fills the pot to full with coffee. Also when it's heating up before I make coffee it will spit out a bit of water. Other then that it works fine. Tried to find instructions on line to see if water can be adjusted but no luck.

Our commercial coffee machine has three insulation zones. Before the peak hours, we need to extract three pots of coffee in advance to keep them warm. If we take out a pot of coffee for supply, we can pour cold water at the same time to prepare for the next pot of coffee. This should be enough even during peak hours.
