          Electrothermal elements produce heat after the power supply is connected, leading to a rapid temperature rise of both upper and lower heating blocks. The required temperature and speed can be obtained by adjusting the temperature controller and the speed-adjusting mechanism. A conveying belt transmits the plastic packing bag, and its sealing part is conveyed into the clearance between the two sealing belts.<\/p>\n

          Two sealing belts clamp and convey the sealing part into the heating area. There, it is pressed by two heating blocks and pressing wheels, which could cause the plastic film to fuse and stick together. After this, it\u00a0is conveyed into the cooling area for cooling and then pressed by an embossing wheel to make a stripe or netted pattern or to mark a label.<\/p>\n

          A motor starts the transmission of sealing and printing, which drives sealing belts, guiding belts, and the conveyor belt to work synchronously, making the printing mechanism work intermittently.<\/p>\n
