    2. Ensure the gasket is removed before running it through a dishwasher. Prevent latches from getting caught in the conveyor.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Care and Cleaning of the Faucet<\/h2>\n

      To remove the faucet assembly from the unit:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      1. Unscrew the union nut to remove the faucet from the unit.<\/li>\n
      2. Unscrew the bonnet from the faucet body to expose the rubber seat cup and stem end. Pull down on the seat cup to remove.<\/li>\n
      3. Push back the union nut and remove the metal \u201cc\u201d ring. Unscrew the wing nut to remove the spout from the unit altogether. Set aside the large rubber washer, the small rubber washer and the \u201cc\u201d ring.<\/li>\n
      4. Depress the faucet lever in the \u201clocked open\u201d position to thoroughly clean the bonnet’s top.<\/li>\n
      5. Clean all parts of the faucet with hot water and urn cleaner. Use a faucet brush to clean the insides of the faucet and spout.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        1. Place the small rubber washer on the spout first. Then place the spout inside the unit.<\/li>\n
        2. Place the large rubber washer on the spout from outside the unit.<\/li>\n
        3. Screw wing nut on spout with circle base facing the unit. Fit union nut on spout with inner screw side facing
          \nout. Replace the metal \u201cc\u201d ring.<\/li>\n
        4. Replace the rubber seat cut on the spring and the stem end of the faucet. Apply pressure to secure the seat cup.<\/li>\n
        5. Screw bonnet onto faucet body.<\/li>\n
        6. Screw faucet onto spout and tighten union nut.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
