The direct drive motor eliminates belts and other exterior motor parts that must be maintained or replaced. The unique water system allows you to control the water spray on the wheels independently. Always use adequate water while in use to avoid running the wheels dry. If the wheels become covered with stone residue, increase the water flow. We recommend wearing the included apron to keep you from getting wet while you work.<\/p>\n<p>Another advantage of our water system is that you can adjust the spray direction on each wheel, allowing you to use wheels of different widths. This is achieved by locating the Y-split under the hood. To adjust them, twist the two nozzles inserted into the Y-split to the left or right.<\/p>\n<p>Use rocks, glass, synthetic materials, and metal to polish various shapes and designs. The most popular use is to make cabinets. Grinding starts with the electroplated diamond wheel on the left axle to complete the grinding process. The grinding process shapes your cabinet and eliminates surface irregularities to smooth and polish the stones. Hold your stone with one free hand or on a polishing stick. Start with an 80 # electroplated diamond wheel. Grind the surface of the stone completely with enough water. If the stone is not completely ground, it will be scratched. Ensuring that all scratches are removed is the most important part of grinding debris. We recommend you often dry your clothes with paper towels or clean rags to expose the remaining scratches during work. Repeat this process for a 220 # electroplated diamond wheel.<\/p>\n<p>The sequence of resin wheel starts from 280 # resin wheel, then continues to 600 #, 1200 #, and finally 3000 #. Thoroughly grind and smooth your stone on each wheel and move to the next wheel to finish. After you finish the resin wheel sequence, your cabinet will be ready for polishing. Adjust the lamp to provide additional light while working.<\/p>\n<h2>Cabbing Machine Assembly Instructions<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Assemble and determine a suitable and well-lit place to place your studio. This machine weighs about 60 pounds, needs a solid table and surface, and has a 3-foot-wide and 2-foot-deep transparent space. Place the machine on a stable workbench (such as a marble flat table, an iron table, etc.). Installing it on a lightweight table is not recommended, as it will cause great vibration.<\/li>\n<li>Open the box and remove all loose foam and accessories. Please put this package aside if you need it later. Lift the machine directly through the bottom plate, remove the unit from the box, and place it in the predetermined position. Slide the 220#wheel onto the left axle, ribbed side, facing the motor. Then slide two more 3\/4 inch shims. Finally, slide the 80 # wheel onto the left shaft with the rib side facing the motor, tighten the lap adapter, and use the flange wrench to turn it counterclockwise. After the left wheel is assembled, there should be two 3\/4 inch intervals between 80 # and 220 # wheels, and one 1-inch interval between 220 # and 280 # wheels.<\/li>\n<li>Place the transparent stone tray on the left and right headcovers. The stone tray stores your stones and workpieces. Insert your hand into the drip tray and slide the splash guard onto both sides. Adjust the position of the splash-proof device according to the splashing situation.<\/li>\n<li>Optionally, connect the side panel to the hood. They have magnetic connections for easy installation. Install one side panel on the left engine hood and the other on the right, farthest from the engine. Move the black side spray pipe upwards to connect and remove the side panel. These side panels help control water splash, but without installing them, they provide easier access to diamond rings and canvas mats.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Final Assembly<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Turn the water control knob on the left and right engine hoods totheclosedposition. Screw the two side valves on the side spray pipe to the closedposition. When the black arrow on the side valve points to the left, they are in the closed position.<\/li>\n<li>The GFCI safety adapter plug is built into the motor power line. It is strongly recommended that you use it to prevent electric shock. Connect the motor power cord to a power outlet. Although the motor is sealed, you must ensure that all electrical connections are dry.<\/li>\n<li>Connect the lamp&#8217;s and water pump&#8217;s power cords to the surge protector-protected power socket. The pump has no on\/off switch, so it will work once you connect it to the power supply. Always unplug the water pump from the power supply when it is not in use. Avoid contacting the water pump in the bucket when starting. Do not unplug the plug or touch the power cord with wet hands.<\/li>\n<li>Adjust the two transparent wheel splash protection devices on the engine hood so the wheels will not contact them. Make sure that the wheels do not come into contact with any components. Before opening the machine, the wheels must rotate freely. You can turn on the machine now. The wheels rotate at 1800 rpm. Typically, the motor makes a winding sound when starting and a slightly buzzing when closing.<\/li>\n<li>In some cases, the motor may produce a high-pitched sound. The space between the unit and the tablesurface probably causes this. You can reduce the sound by placing a cloth under the device. When the machine is turned off, the wheels are stationary.<\/li>\n<li>Turn the water control knob to the open position to start dripping. Don&#8217;t open them all at once, or you will waste too much water. We recommend opening one at a time when you work on that wheel. There are no belts, pulleys, gears, or other parts. However, clean all parts manually.<\/li>\n<li>Changing the wheels\u2014The included wheels are 6&#8243; diameter X1.5&#8243; width with 1&#8243; arbor holes. Only use wheels with 1&#8243; arbor holes. The color of the wheel hub may vary.<\/li>\n<li>The wheels are attached to two assemblies of three wheels each. Each assembly is spun onto the left and right sides of the motor. The left and right wheel assemblies are shown in FIG.
