To retain its precision and functionality, the machine must be treated with care. It must be kept clean, greased, and lubricated regularly. Cleaning rags impregnated with oil, grease, and cleaning agents are easily inflammable. Collect cleaning rags or cleaning wool in a suitable closed vessel and dispose of them in an environmentally sound way—do not put them with normal refuse!

2. Lubricate all slideways lightly before every use. The change gears and the lead screw must also be lightly lubricated with grease.

3. During operation, chips that fall onto the sliding surface should be cleaned in a timely manner. Inspections should be made often to prevent chips from falling into the position between the machine tool saddle and lathe bed guideway. Asphalt felt should be cleaned at certain times.

NOTES: Do not remove the chips with your bare hands. Sharp-edged chips can cause cuts. Never use flammable solvents, cleaning agents, or agents that generate noxious fumes!

Protect electrical components, such as motors, switches, switchboxes, etc., against humidity when cleaning.

4. After the operation every day, eliminate all the chips, clean different parts of the machine tool, and apply machine tool oil to prevent rusting.

5. To maintain machining accuracy, take care of the center, the surface of the machine tool for the chuck and the guideway, and avoid mechanical damage and wear due to improper guidance.

6. If the damage is found. The maintenance should be done immediately.

NOTES: Repair work may only be done by qualified personnel with the corresponding mechanical and electrical technology. The output torque is increased by 3 times, up to 1:9, so you can turn 45# steel bar easily. With 20 mm / 0.79 in hole through spindle diameter, you can process all kinds of rotating surfaces and end faces of rotating bodies.
4-Speed Adjustment: The benchtop metal lathe adopts a 4-speed continuously variable function so that you can adjust spindle speed flexibly from 50 to 2500 rpm according to your demand. Intelligent electric control speed regulation and digital display equipment are more convenient for you to adjust and operate accurately.
High Accuracy & Professionalism: The tailstock spindle features an MT2 taper with top-press thread quick-lock technology for user-friendly use without effort. The precision dial is provided in the tailstock handle so that you can work more accurately and professionally.
Forward & Reverse Thread Turning: All gears of the power metal lathe are made of high-quality metal material, ensuring a longer service life. It can turn 18 types of imperial threads (12-52 T.P.I) in both forward and reverse.
Security Comes First: The benchtop metal lathe has chuck cover disconnection protection, automatic overload protection, and an added circuit board protector to avoid high-speed reverse short circuits, which protects the security of the operator and the machine motor.

[6795

0":"post-46584","1":"product","2":"type-product","3":"status-publish","4":"has-post-thumbnail","6":"product_cat-diy-for-fun-manual","7":"desktop-align-left","8":"tablet-align-left","9":"mobile-align-left","11":"first","12":"instock","13":"downloadable","14":"shipping-taxable","15":"purchasable","16":"product-type-simple

VEVOR Metal Lathe Machine Mannual, 7.87'' x 13.78'' Benchtop

<meta name="description" content="Download the VEVOR Metal Lathe Machine, 7.87'' x 13.78'' manual.
