      Instant Water Heater Installation Guideline<\/b><\/h2>\n

      The installation must comply with the National Electrical Code, your local electrical and plumbing codes.<\/span><\/p>\n

      1. Make sure the appliance is intact, and the fittings are complete.<\/span><\/li>\n
      2. Please make sure the main power supply, water pressure, grounding condition, ammeter and wire reach the standard of installation requirements.<\/span><\/li>\n
      3. The appliance must be connected to properly grounded dedicated branch circuits of proper voltage rating. Ground must be brought to the “ground” at the circuit breaker panel.<\/span><\/li>\n
      4. This appliance <\/span>MUST<\/b> be permanently connected to the fixed circuit breaker. Please switch off the circuit breaker if you don’t use the heater.<\/span><\/li>\n

        Water Connections<\/b><\/h3>\n

        1. All water pipes must comply with national and applicable state and local water pipe codes.<\/span><\/li>\n
        2. The unit should be connected directly to the main water supply. Flush the pipe with water to remove any debris or loose particles.<\/span><\/li>\n
        3. It is required to use 3\/4″ NPT water connections to fit the models of JN18 and JN27.<\/span><\/li>\n
        4. Please remember to install rubber seal rings at the connections. When all water connections are completed, check for leaks and take corrective action before proceeding.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          5. While feeding the cable to the terminal blocks, please make sure the metal wire ends and the terminal blocks touch completely. Then, tighten the screws to ensure the full current can pass through.<\/span><\/li>\n
          6. Before beginning any work on the electric installation, be sure that main breaker panel switch is OFF to avoid any danger of electric shock, all mounting and plumbing must be completed before proceeding with electrical hook-up.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            Operation Instructions<\/b><\/h2>\n

            1. Turn on the circuit breaker to bring electrical power to the unit.<\/span><\/li>\n
            2. Open water faucet for a few minutes until water flow is continuous and air purged from water pipes. The unit must be operated after the breakers are turned on.<\/span><\/li>\n
            3. After the unit is supplied with power, a beep sound can be heard, and LED lights will flash for 2 seconds. There will be no other display, and the appliance will stay on standby.<\/span><\/li>\n
            4. Press the power button to turn the appliance ON\/OFF. When the unit is ON, the LED displays the outlet’s actual water temperature. After 5 seconds, the screen switches to the screen saver while the appliance stops working. The display screen light will be off. If the screen is touched, it will be light again.<\/span><\/li>\n
