- Do not use electronics or mobile communications devices, such as mobile phones, when pumping flammable liquids.
- Attach the ground wire and bond the containers being pumped from and into. Ground all containers to a known ground source to dissipate static electricity before pumping liquids.
- Fuel vapors can explode. Harmful or fatal if swallowed. Avoid breathing fuel vapors.
- Do not smoke near or while using the fuel caddy.
- This product is intended for fuel transfer only and is not intended to transport fuel in any vehicle or trailer.
- Do not modify this product.
A WARNING! CAUTION! ATTENTION!
- Do not use this product for prolonged fuel storage.
- Use the caddy for one fuel type only to avoid possible damage.
- Monitor flow rate and fill level to prevent overflows and spills.
- Always empty the pump and hose after using the caddy. Lift the hose and turn the handle opposite to empty all remaining liquid back into the caddy.
- Caution when filling the caddy through the fill tube. Monitor closely to prevent overflows or spills.
- This product is unsuitable for placing in a yacht, off-road vehicle, or any other place with violent vibrations.
Never use the fuel caddy near open flames or heat sources.

COMPONENTS

ASSEMBLY
Step 1: Install the hand pump(2) and the fixing plate(12), lock with the bolt (10), as shown below.
Put on the fuel tank cap(3).
Step 2: Install the direct ball valve joint (6) at the bottom outlet of the tank. Screw the External Silk Pagoda Joint (8) and the External Silk Pagoda Joint (7) to the pump (2) interface. It is recommended that no more than 5 loops of raw material be wound.

Step 3: Install the long hose (5) at the outlet of the hand pump and lock it with the hose clamp (9);
Connect the inlet pump and the fuel tank outlet with the flexible hose (13), and lock it with the hose clamp (9). Remove a screw from the pump and install the grounding wire (11) on it.

Step 4: Ensure the components are tightened; the product is assembled and ready for use.

FUEL CADDY OPERATION
Refueling Operation
- Please choose the appropriate oil filling; do not use chemicals or other corrosive solvents.
- Lay the tank flat and close the direct ball valve joint.
- Open the tank cap and fill the oil.
- Pay attention to the tank filling during oil filling to avoid overflow.
- After filling the tank, tighten the cap and place the tank in a safe place.
Pumping Operation
- Before pumping oil, ground the grounding wire of the fuel tank.
- Place the tank vertically and turn the air valve of the fuel tank cap counterclockwise.
- Open the direct ball valve joint at the bottom of the tank
- Continuously rotate the oil pump clockwise to pump oil.
- After pumping, rotate the pump counterclockwise to recover the oil in the long hose and return it to the tank.
- Close the direct ball valve joint and the air valve of the fuel tank cap.
FUEL CADDY MAINTENANCE
- Please clean the measure and filter regularly.
- Keep away from fire.
- Lubricate the pump after using a gasoline tank. Remove the long hose, add a small amount of oil to the outlet, slowly rotate the pump counter-clockwise, and thoroughly lubricate the body.
- For different types of oil, cleaning the tank before storing another type of oil is recommended.
- If you won’t use the product for a long time, clean and store it in a cool and dry environment.
