How to Pick Up Your VEVOR Order at Flanders #10: Step-by-Step Guide

Our first Pickup Location, Flanders #10, is open. Users within 50 miles of it can get their order faster than ever with Pickup.

How Pickup works?
Step 1: Confirm your location
If you wish to pick up the item, please confirm your specific address when browsing the item. If the item is available at the pickup location and your location is within 50 miles of the pickup location, you will see the pickup option on the product details page.

Step 2: Select Pickup option and order
Find the products you like, select Pickup and place your order. Your order will be ready within 24 hours, but please wait until you receive an email from us that your order is ready before you pick it up.

Step 3: Receive e-mail or message
Once you’ve received the e-mail or message that your order is ready, you can pick up your order.

Step 4: Head to the pickup location
- When you receive the “Ready for Pickup” email, please check the date and address. We’ll hold your items for 7 days. If you don’t pickup your order by then, we’ll cancel the order and refund.
- Navigate to Flanders #10 (address: 703 Bartley-Chester Rd, Flanders, NJ 07836).
- As you approach the destination, slow down and follow the route shown in the illustration below. Keep an eye on the roadside signs and arrows so you don’t miss the turn.


- You’ve arrived once you see the bright red door marked “47.”

Step 5: Pickup your order
Go to Door 47 and show the warehouse staff your Pickup Receipt; they’ll hand over your items on the spot.

① Once the “Ready for Pickup” email arrives, check the pickup time and your Pickup Receipt.
② Follow Step 4 to get to the pickup location.
③ Show your Pickup Receipt to the staff; after they confirm it, they’ll give you your items.
What happens if I miss my pickup time?
We’ll hold your items for 7 days after the pickup time stated in the email. If you don’t come by then, we’ll cancel your order and issue a full refund.
