Operation
1. Keep the work area clean and free. Cluttered areas invite accidents.
2. Observe work area environment conditions
- Do not expose the product to rain.
- Do not use in damp locations.
- Ensure the work area environment is well lit (sunlight or artificial lighting).
3. Dress properly
- Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry that could be caught in moving parts.
- You’ll need rubber gloves, non-skid footwear, and a cap to contain long hair.
4. Do not use the product for purposes other than those it is intended for. It will do a better and safer job if used for its rated load.
The load is maximum when the product’s lifting rod is at its lowest; it decreases as the lifting rod’s height increases.

Components



Assembly
Installation Preparation
- Two or more people are required to move and assemble the product.
- Please prepare a carpet or mat to protect your floor. You need to spread out all the accessories.
- Please prepare gloves to avoid being scratched by sharp parts that may occur during installation.
- Please open all the boxes to ensure the accessories are complete and in good condition.
- If you need to use power tools to install this product, please set the speed to low speed in advance.
Step 1: Insert C into D, align holes, lock with J+P.
Note: The hole position can be adjusted according to the required height.

Step 2: Install manual winch (F), align 2 mounting holes, and lock with K+O.

Step 3: Install the stop fork (B). First, insert the steel cable into the pulley groove and then lock with L+N.

Step 4: Install the trailer bar. Insert H into D, Match Q, and Product GZB88055-CD400LBS is assembled; Then connect it to the car, and you can use it. (Note: You can also connect to your car with the help of (E) )


For GZB88055-CD400LBS+ZCT and GZB88056-CD500LBS+ZCT, you’ll require a support leg, as shown below.
Insert I into H, align holes, and lock with M+P. (Note: Adjust the hole position according to your needs.)
Connect to the car as in Step 4.

Hand Winch Operation:

- Hook

Install 4 on 5 and lock securely,
The forward and reverse steering is controlled by 7.
Turn the handle 4 to rewind or release the steel cable.
The ratchet switch should always be fully engaged.
Maintenance
- Lubricate the steel cable and hook regularly with a slight grease.
- Grease the gears and bearings every 6 months. Use any good-quality waterproof grease.
- Inspect all parts, steel cable, and accessories periodically, and replace them if damaged or worn.
- Have damaged parts replaced by an authorized service center.
- Check the nuts periodically and tighten them if they are loose.
- Regularly check the steel cable for signs of tear and wear. If it is damaged, replace it at an authorised service centre.
- Keep the product properly maintained and clean for a better and safer performance.
- Inspect all moving parts, mounting bolts, and nuts before use. Tighten if necessary.
- Store the product in a dry location. Always lock it up and keep it out of the reach of children.
