TUBING CUTTER SET OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

Stick the tubing cutter in the appropriate position of the steel pipe to be cut off, twist the feed to adjust the cutter’s rotation in the cutting pipe, and there should be little resistance.

Please don’t make it too tight so as not to damage the cutter’s blade, which will affect the service life of the knife.

When the pipe is cut, you can feel the resistance. Turn 2-3 turns step by step, twist the feed to adjust and rotate once until the pipe you cut falls off.

HOW TO EXCHANGE THE BLADE

Push the button. Remove the blade by drawing out the fixing screw. Insert the spare blade with the three points aligned when installing the blade. Insert the fixing screw and lock the button.

PIPE CUTTER BLADE

CAUTION

• Please warm up the pipe and the cutter blade before cutting if it is at a low temperature.
• Don’t cut cold pipes, as plastic pipes can be very fragile in cold temperatures.
• Please note that the blade is a consumable. Spare blades can be purchased separately.
• It is recommended that the blade be coated with anti-corrosion material (oil, etc.) after use. Please note that the pipe cutter is suitable for most plastic pipes, PVC pipes, PPR pipes, and PE pipes, but it may not be suitable for plastic pipes if a metal layer is inside.
• Please wear safety goggles when using the pipe cutter.
• Please keep the PVC cutter away from children.
