3. This appliance has a three-prong plug. It is intended to fit into a polarized outlet only one way, so DO NOT ATTEMPT to modify the plug in any way.

Assembly Steps

• The Main Body Housing shell is placed on the flat surface.
• Pour the appropriate water into the oil receiving tray and put it into the Main Body Housing;
• Then put the heat insulation plate into the main Body Housing; note that the double arrow of the heat insulation plate coincides with the double arrow of the main Body Housing.
• Put the heating tube assembly into the main Body Housing correctly.
• Check the baking tray with both hands, and put it gently into the machine.
• Put the food on the baking tray, cover the glass lid, and you can officially start work.

Operating Instructions

• After the food is placed in the machine, the random attached socket of the power cord, the right power cord socket of the machine, and the power cord are gently inserted.
• This power supply indicator (POWER INDICATOR) flashes, touch the power supply switch “POWER”, the machine turns on, and the power supply indicator (POWER INDICATOR) is always on, indicating that the machine has started working.
• Touch the fan (FAN) button, the fan indicator (FAN INDICATOR) is on, indicating that the smoking fan is working normally;
• Lightly press the temperature increase button (ADJUSTING UP) to adjust the temperature to the appropriate scale, wait for the machine to bake the food to suit your requirements automatically, and press the power switch (POWER ON / OFF).
• The machine stops working, unplugs, removes the food, and completes the operation.

Cooking Suggestions

• Use a meat thermometer to check internal meat temperature.
• Cooking times are suggested and will vary depending on the thickness of the food.
• You can use the maximum temperature. However, you may want to reduce the temperature for certain foods. Use low temperatures to keep foods warm after cooking.

Cleaning and Maintenance

If you thoroughly clean the base unit with water and detergent, remove the electric fan. When reinserting the fan, insert the two-prong plug into the receptacle.

PRECAUTION: Unplug the unit before removing the fan. The fan blades are sharp; be careful when removing and replacing.

Flip the main body, slide, and remove the fan cover. Lift the fan from the base unit. If it is not easy to lift, you may need to press the tip of the fan to push it away.

• Use only non-metal appliances to avoid scratching the coating. Do not cut food with a sharp object (such as a fork or knife), which may scratch the cooking surface.
• Do not use steel wool or other metal pads. Thick marks may be left. Always rinse clean and then immediately dry with a soft towel.
• The baking tray and glass lid can be placed in the dishwasher for cleaning, and other parts should not be put there.
• When not in use for a long time, the power cord should be removed, the machine cleaned and placed in a ventilated and dry place.
