Bun Pan Rack Assembly Precautions

  1. Assemble needs to follow these instructions. Incorrect assembly can be hazardous.
  2. Wear safety goggles and heavy-duty work gloves during assembly.
  3. Do not assemble when tired or under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication.
  4. Weight capacity and other product capabilities only apply to a wholly and correctly assembled product.
  5. Keep the assembly area clean and well-lit.
  6. Keep bystanders out of the area during assembly.

Use Precautions

WARNING: TO PREVENT SERIOUS INJURY AND DEATH FROM TIPPING:

  1. This product is not a toy. Do not allow children to play with or approach this item.

VEVOR Bun Pan Rack Parts List

Assembly Steps

STEP 1

  • Lay a rack’s Side Frame on the floor and attach the Square Cross Bars into the holes. (Figure 1.1).
  • Attach the “U” Washers from underneath, insert the Hex Bolts through them, and into the cross bars. Do not fully tighten the bolts. (Figure 1.2).

STEP 2

  • Align and place the other Side Frame onto the end of the crossbars (Figure 2.1)
  • Insert 4 Hex Bolts with the “U” Washers.

STEP 3

  • Insert the 4 Casters into the bottom ends of the side frames. The holes in the casters line up with the holes in the frame (Figure 3.1)
  • Align and attach the Square Cross Bars at the bottom. Insert the Hex Bolts through the frame and into the ends of the cross bars.

STEP 4

  • Lift and place the rack upright, check the balance, and tighten all bolts to complete the assembly.

  • The 10-layer bakery rack also has four plastic soles, which can be used as a fixed model.
  • The specific installation way is to install the shelf, do not install wheels, and directly install 4 plastic foot MATS.

Cleaning

For cleaning, wipe the surface with a damp (not wet) cloth or wipe dry with a clean lint-free cotton cloth.
