Assembly precautions

1. Assemble only according to these instructions. Improper assembly can create hazards.

5. Do not assemble when tired or when under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication.

7. Assemble on a flat, level, hard, and smooth surface capable of safely supporting a Vertical Air Compressor.

Use Precautions

ELECTRICAL SAFETY – TO PREVENT SERIOUS INJURY AND DEATH FROM TIPPING.

• To ensure good grounding, this product’s power supply environment must have a good grounding device, a three-core plug, and a well-grounded three-hole socket.
• A three-phase power supply air compressor must use three-phase five-core wire, with good grounding. After the cable is connected, start to check whether the motor rotation direction is consistent with the direction of thearrowofthemain engine, if the opposite direction of the arrow, please switch the two livewires, the wire diameter of the cable is different due to the different powerandchoose different, Refer to the three phase cable diameter selectiontableinChapter 2 of this manual for specific wire diameter selection.
• Before powering this product, please ensure that the power supply you provide can meet the input power information marked near the power input port of this product.
• Do not share the socket with other electrical appliances, as the voltage can sometimes be unstable, damaging the product.
• When maintaining/repairing or cleaning the product, please unplug the power cord to ensure that the product is completely powered off before operation.
• Check regularly for power cord and plug damage, and ensure that other items do not squeeze the power cord.

Installation

Fix the machine to the ground with foot bolts before use to prevent collision and collapse.

Install the four air filters at the air compressor intake ports.

Disassemble the screws fixing the cover shell of the air pressure switch, remove the cover shell, connect the external cable to the air pressure switch, and then fasten the cover shell again.

Electrical Principle Chart

Description: The motor is three-phase 220V/60Hz. The motor cable U1V1W1 is connected to the motor terminal on the air pressure switch, and the external power supply U2V2W2 is connected to the gas. The pressure switch is connected to the external power supply end.

The pressure switch controls the power supply and the motor’s power failure through the set pressure induction.

Maintenance/Service

1. The electric oil-free air compressor is oil-free, and it is strictly prohibited to fill any lubricating oil.
2. The machine should be used in the drainage process once every one to two days, cleaning the noise filter.
3. If the electric oil-free air compressor stops suddenly and cannot be restarted quickly (the voltage is normal) during the working process, it may be because the motor of the air compressor head has been working for a long time and is overheated. The motor heat protector automatically disconnects the power to protect the motor. This is a normal phenomenon. When the temperature decreases, the compressor will automatically start and continue to work.
4. The electric oil-free air compressor can not start normally. Please check whether the power supply is standard and the power plug contact is good. If these are normal, it may be the motor itself or a control system fault. If you cannot solve it by yourself, don’t hesitate to contact our company through the seller’s maintenance.

Air Compressor Common Fault Maintenance

Attention

1. In the work process, ensure that no objects that can be reached within the whole range of travel can be moved.
2. The gas storage tank should be drained regularly, usually once every two days. The sewage discharged from the gas storage tank shall be treated per the local laws and regulations of the user.
3. Clean the silencer often.
4. When replacing electrical components, the power supply must be cut off.
5. The power supply must be cut off when maintaining and cleaning the machine.
6. To avoid incorrect operation, use a dental electric oil-free air compressor for untrained personnel.
7. The maintenance of electric oil-free air compressors must be carried out by trained professional maintenance personnel.
8. The elderly, children, the mentally disabled, and the mentally ill must be supervised by special persons to avoid the damage caused by their control of the dental electric oil-free air compressor.
9. It is prohibited to use electric oil-free air compressors when it is known or should be foreseen that they may harm personnel.
10. After retiring the electric oil-free air compressor, the processing of capacitance and electronic components should comply with the user’s local laws and regulations.
11. After two months of installation and use, the connection bolts of the electric oil-free air compressor must be checked. If they are loose, they must be tightened immediately. Check it every six months after that.
12. The electric oil-free air compressor is strictly prohibited from filling with lubricating oil.
13. When maintaining the electric oil-free air compressor, the pressure in the air storage tank should be discharged before maintenance.
14. The pressure in the air storage tank should be discharged before the electric oil-free air compressor is moved or transported.
15. After six years of use, the electric oil-free air compressor storage tank should be tested for pressure resistance. 16. If the head of the electric oil-free air compressor is damaged in the transportation process, the safety valve, pressure gauge, pressure controller, gas storage tank,k, and other related parts should be sent to the relevant local departments for inspection or feedback to dealers for repair and replacement.
