Industrial Sewing Machine Safety Instruction

• Read the operation manual thoroughly and carefully before installation or operation.
• All instructions marked with the warning sign must be observed or executed; otherwise, bodily injuries might occur.
• The product should be installed and pre-operated by well-trained personnel.
• For perfect operation and safety, using an extension cable with multiple outlets for power connection is prohibited.
• When connecting power supply cords to power sources, it is necessary to ensure that the power voltage is lower than 250 VAC and matches the rated voltage indicated on the motor’s name plate.

Attention

If the Control Box is an AC 220V system, please don’t connect it to an AC 380V power outlet. Otherwise, an error will occur, and the motor will not work. If that happens, please turn off the power immediately and check the power voltage.

• Do not operate in direct sunlight, outdoors, or in areas where the room temperature is over 45°C or below 5°C.
• Please avoid operating near the heater in the dew area or when the humidity is below 30% or above 95%.
• Don’t operate in areas with heavy dust, corrosive substances, or volatile gases.
• Avoid the power cord coming into contact with heavy objects, excessive force, or overbending.
• The earth wire of the power cord must be connected to the system ground of the production plant by properly sized conductions and terminals. This connection should be fixed permanently.
• All the moving portions must be prevented from being exposed by the parts provided.
• Turn on the machine for the first time, operate the sewing machine at low speed, and check the correct rotation direction.
• Turn off the power before the following operation:

a) Connecting or disconnecting any connectors on the control box or motor.

b) Threading needle.

c) Raising the machine head.

d) Repairing or making any mechanical adjustments.

e) Machines idling.

• Repairs and high-level maintenance work should only be carried out by electronic technicians with appropriate training.
• The manufacturer must provide or approve all spare parts for repair.
• Don’t use any objects or force to hit or ram the product.

Guarantee Time

This product’s warranty period is 1 year from the date of purchase or 2 years from the ex-factory date.

Warranty Detail:

Any trouble found within the warranty period under normal operation will be repaired for free. However, maintenance costs will be charged in the following cases, even if within the warranty period:

1. Inappropriate use, including: wrong connecting high voltage, incorrect application, disassembling, repairing, modifying by incompetent personnel, operating without precautions, operating out of its specification range, or inserting other objects or liquids into the product.
2. Damage caused by fire, earthquake, lightning, wind, flood, salt corrosion, moisture, abnormal power voltage, or any other natural disaster or inappropriate environment.
3. Dropping after purchasing or damage in transportation by the customer themselves or by the customer’s shipping agency

Note: We try our best to test and manufacture the product to ensure quality. However, it is possible that this product can be damaged due to external magnetic interference, electronic static, noise, or an unstable power source more than expected; therefore, the grounding system of the operating area must guarantee good earth, and installing a failsafe device is recommended. (Such as a residual current breaker)
