Assembly and Use

1. According to the rail width of your I-beams/H-beam, the trolley must be adjusted with the washers. Assemble the required number of washers equally on the inside or outside of the trolley side plates, so that the dimension (W) between the Trolley Wheel Flanges is about 1/5inch( 5mm) greater than the rail beam
width of I-beam /H-beam track.
2. The washers, the trolley side plates, and the hanging ring plate are assembled on the trolley pin. They must
be locked with nuts to prevent the nuts from falling off. The end of the trolley pin is locked with a wire pin, and the wire pin is bent with pliers. (Model 0.5- F and Model 0.5-K are the two nuts fixed at the end of the trolley pin)
