INSTRUCTIONS

Storage Case

PA Coated Steel Hasp

1. Made from Engineering plastic nylon PA injection molding, with a galvanized rustproof surface.
2. Lock hole diameter: 10.5mm(2/5″).
3. Lock shackle diameter: 25mm(1″)&38mm(1.5″). d. Such as custom-made stainless steel material, the model behind “S”.

Nylon Lockout Hasp

1. High fire-resistant aluminum alloy.
2. Apply to places where electric power isolation is needed and locks have high corrosion and explosion-proof requirements.

Opening: push up and down.

Lockout Tagout

1. Lockout tagouts can control the equipment holistically and protect workers from accidents and damage.
2. Use with a padlock to remind people that the device has been locked and cannot be operated. This lets people know who locked it, so they know it is dangerous to operate the device.
3. On the tag, you can see”Danger/Do not operate/caution”, security warning language, and “Name/department/Date”, etc, blank for you to fill in.

Miniature Circuit Breaker Lockout

1. Made from engineering plastic, strengthened nylon PA.
2. Fit most existing types of European and Asia Circuit Breakers.
3. Easily installed with the aid of a push button or a rotating roller.
4. Available for single and multi-pole circuit breakers
5. Recommended to use in combination with a padlock for added safety.
6. You can use padlocks with a shackle diameter up to 7mm.

Clamp-On Breaker Lockout

1. Made from rugged polypropylene PP and impact-modified PA.
2. Use a thumbscrew to clamp the lockout onto the switch tongue, then pull the cover and lock it in place to prevent the clamp from being loosened.
3. New blade design provides a tighter grip with less torque on the thumbscrew.
4. Detachable cleats expand the range of applicable breakers.
5. The lockouts can take padlocks with a shackle diameter up to 7mm.

Multi-function Miniature Breaker Lockout

1. Made from engineering plastic strengthened nylon PA and chromeplatedbrassscrew.
2. With locking screws, can be locked without tools.
3. Widely used: It is applicable to all kinds of small—and medium-sized MCCBs and miniature circuit breaker.

Medium Circuit Breaker Lockout

1. Made from Die-cast aluminum alloy & Nylon & ABS, the surface sprays metal.
2. You can lock it without tools by using its screws.
3. Widely used, BD-D17,suitable for small and medium sized circuit breaker(handle<12mm）BD-D18,suitable for small and medium sized circuit breaker(handle<16mm)

Electrical Plug Lockout

1. Made from rugged polypropylene.
2. The double-open and hexagon lockout design suits all kinds of industrial plugs.
3. Accommodates 2 to 4 pieces of padlocks with shackle diameter less than 7 mm to lock it simultaneously.

Adjustable Ballvalve Lockout

1. Made from polypropylene PP.

Gate Valve Lockout

1. Made from polypropylene PP.
2. You can adjust the Lock Range. Lock the hand wheel diameter 25 mm- 165 mm(1″-6.5″)valve.
3. Locked by one padlock, locked shackle diameter max 7mm.
4. Color: red, other colors need to be customized. Tagout is available.

Adjustable Cable Lockout

1. Made from impact-resistant engineering plastic PC. You can customize other colors.
2. A 1.8 meter cable, the outer layer of cable is made from anti-UVPVC (diameter 6 mm). You can customize the cable with different lengths and colors.
3. It can withstand temperatures from of-46’℃ to 149’℃. h. It is locked with four padlocks, and the lock shackle diameter is less than 7mm.
