Important Safeguards

WARNING: To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or injury:

1. Do not leave the appliance when plugged in. Unplug from the outlet when not in use and before servicing.

6. Non-professionals are not allowed to disassemble the device without authorisation. The power supply should be cut off if it is not used for long.

Functional application:

Ozone ( 03 ) is an allotrope of oxygen ( O2 ) . It is gaseous at room temperature. When the concentration is low, it is colorless and has a grassy smell. The chemical properties of ozone are more active and have strong oxidising power.

When it encounters bacteria and harmful chemicals(such as formaldehyde, benzene, and ammonia ), it immediately produces an oxidation reaction, thereby achieving the functions of sterilisation and disinfection, deodorisation, and decomposition of harmful gases. Ozone is extremely unstable and will be reduced to O2 within a few hours, so no pollution or residue exists. It is the only substance recognised in the world that can directly sterilize food and beverages so far!

1 . The strong oxidizing properties of ozone can remove toxic substances released by decoration, synthetic boards, and paints, kill bacteria and viruses in the air, kill microorganisms that breed in carpets, eliminate cold germs, prevent the occurrence of flu, and increase indoor oxygen content.

How to Use the Ozone Generator

1 . Insert the power cord plug into the disinfection machine’s socket, and connect the other end to the 120V 60Hz AC power supply.

2 . Turn on the steriliser’s power switch. The red light will be on, which means the machine is powered on.

3. Set working status

Normally open: Turn the timing knob counterclockwise. When the pointer of the knob is aligned with the ” HOLD ” gear, the device will start, and there is no timing function.

Off: Turn the knob and the pointer is aligned with the ” OFF” gear, the equipment stops working

Timing: Turn the knob clockwise, the pointer is aligned the dial, and the device is in timing working mode

The number pointed by the pointer is the set working time. The equipment stops working at the end of working hours. (For example, the pointer in the figure below is aligned with 40, that is, the device will shut down after 40 minutes of operation)

Note: Regardless of whether it is in the normally open or timing mode, the cumulative working time for a single operation should not exceed 1 hour.
