VEVOR 110V Commercial Ice Crusher 440LBS/H Manual

Higher Crushing Efficiency: Our commercial snow cone machine, ETL certified, features a higher ice shaving efficiency and hourly yield with the dual-blade design. It can double the efficiency of ice shaving compared to those with a single one. Fueled by the 300W copper motor (1450 r/min), our shaved ice maker can produce about 396.8 lbs (180 kg) per hour, meeting your urgent demands in a short time. Besides, another set of blades is provided for replacement.
Wider Inlet & Larger Capacity: Our shaved ice machine can provide you with soft, fluffy, and powdery snow ice, assisted by the wider inlet, more extensive storage, powerful motor, and double sharp blades. With an enlarged ice inlet barrel and widened inlet hole, measuring 4.3″ (11 cm) in diameter, this commercial snow cone maker can hold more ice without difficulty. You can pour small ice cubes and large ice blocks into it. The larger the ice capacity is, the more shaved ice it can produce.
Integrated PC Storage Box: An extra-large PC storage box is integrated into our electric shaved ice machine, adopting the technique of one-piece injection moulding. It measures 18.5″ (47 cm) long, 14.2″ (36 cm) wide, 14.2″ (36 cm) deep, and 0.2″ (4 mm) thick, which is capable of holding around 9 Gal (34 L) of shaved snow ice. The thick case wall can keep the crushed ice inside frozen for longer, and the snow-ice won’t splash everywhere for secure operation concerns.
Details for Comfortable Use: Thoughtful designs for improving your user experience are also combined on our snow cone maker. The non-slip handle is ergonomically designed for labor-saving operation. With the water outlet below, you can discharge the melted ice timely. The rubber feet at the bottom can stabilize the machine. The limit switch serves to enhance security.
