Electric Hydraulic Jack (ZSY01-2)

Safety Warning

1. Please read this manual carefully before using.
2. The material of the cover is plastic, which is easy to break; please handle it with care when using. Then, if carrying it, please with the handle, NOT lifting the pressure rod.
3. Do not overhaul the machine to avoid destroying it and losing the right of the Guarantee.
4. Do not work for a long time. When not in use, please cut off the power.
5. Avoid the machine dropping into the water and using it in a bad condition.
6. Check the power to match well with the 12V Car Cigarette Lighter before using.
7. Please take notice of the smooth floor and loading capacity when using it, and pay attention to finding the exact loading position of the car before the lifting operation.
8. Do not overload when using the machine; keep it upright with the lifting car simultaneously, and never operate it aslant.
9. Do not pull the power cable casually when using; avoid pulling the cable or causing a short circuit.
10. Ensure the car parks on one side and close the engine before using.
11. In using the machine, ensure the operator always stays with it. If the operator has to leave briefly, please shut off the machine first.
12. The machine uses precise hydraulic oil. Please maintain adequate ventilation and avoid working in an environment with high or low temperatures. The suitable temperature range is -15°C to 50°C.
13. It can only be used for car maintenance, not for other purposes.

Introduction to The Electric Car Jack

Application Method

Jack Function

1. Stop the car, tighten the brakes.
2. Check the switch to see whether it is in the closed position; it should be the “O” state. If not, please do it so first, then connect the power plug into the car cigarette lighter.
3. Put the jack in the side of the car tyre, and ensure the centre of the Pressure Rod aligns with the loading part of the automobile chassis, then rotate the adjusting screw to make it as close to the automobile chassis as possible.
4. Adjust the function switch to “Lift”, the direction switch to “Up”, then the jack will start to work, till the distance between the car tyre and the floor is about 5cm. Reset the power switch, and while the power is disconnected, the machine will lock automatically and won’t fall.
5. After changing the tyre, adjust the direction switch to “Down”, the jack will start to fall at a constant speed.
6. Finish all, please collect the cables and tools in the line winding box.

Inflation Function

1. Prepare the equipment well, pull out the air hose, choose a suitable inflatable head to connect, and turn the power on.
2. Adjust the function switch to “Inflation”, which will inflate. Please check the change in the pressure gauge.
3. If finishing, please turn off the power first, then pull out the inflatable head to collect it in the toolbox. Later, pull out the cigarette lighter’s plug, then collect the cables into the toolbox.

Fault Diagnosis

1. Jack couldn’t work

• Check whether turning on the auto power.
• Inspect whether the function switch is adjusted to the relevant function position.
• The pilot lamp for the cigarette lighter plug is lighted or not; if not, please reconnect the plug; if reconnecting it, still no lighting, please check whether the inside fuse of the cigarette lighter plug is destroyed.
• Whether the plug for the power cable of the jack is loose with the jack or falling off.
  The socket is no electric or loosen, or check the cable, please connect the power correctly; If the power switch is in the position of “O”, pls adjust the switch to “|” (See Diagram Three); Check the plug of cigarette lighter, whether the fuse is destroyed, if it is destroyed, pls replace it, then try again.

2. Not Inflating

• Check whether the inflator pump is starting.
• Whether the gas nozzle of the air hose is correctly connected to the tyre gas nozzle.
• Inspect the air hose to see if it is leaking air because of being damaged in an emergency.

3. The pressure rod couldn’t be raised

• Confirm whether to start the motor.
• Check whether the function switch is adjusted to the JACK function position, and check the direction switch for “Up” / “Down”.
• Check whether the lowest temperature is within the suitable range for this product. If not, please preheat the jack first, thaw the hydraulic oil, and then use it.
• If you have not used it for a long time, it may be because the oil is not smooth. Please first press the “Down” switch for one minute, then press the “Up” switch.

4. The pressure rod couldn’t fall

• Confirm whether to start the motor.
• Whether the function switch is adjusted to the JACK function position, and also check the direction switch for “Up” / “Down”.
• Not using it for a long time may cause the oil to be uneven. Please first press the “Up” switch for five seconds, then press the “Down” switch.

Remove the safety valve head (See Diagram Two, point 4), loosen the safety valve with a six-angle spanner (rotate about half a circle anticlockwise) until the pressure rod falls to the prior position, and then tighten it.

Electric Wrench (ZSB02)

Operation

1. Turn on the power of the car.
2. Plug into the cigarette lighter or connect with the car’s battery.
3. Choose the proper socket for the wrench’s shaft. (FIG.1)
4. According to the thread direction, press the switch to tighten or loosen. (Do the reverse for L.T. screw) (FIG.2)
5. Press left side of the switch (with mark II) to start operation, and each nut will be loosened after two or three times of “clatter” sound.
   NB: The wrench pins without impacting. Please start the engine for maximum voltage.
6. Press the right side of the switch (with the mark) to tighten nuts, it will be tight enough after two or three times of a “clatter” sound.

Operation Chart

Choose and apply the correct socket to the wrench head (FIG. 1)

Apply the wrench to the wheel Nut and Press the Upper side of the switch (with the mark”-“) to start. The nut will be loosened in 3 seconds. (FIG.2)

How to Replace the Fuse in the 12V Plug

1. To replace the fuse in the plug, twist off the upper cover.
2. Remove the faulty fuse and insert a new one.
3. Twist the cover back on the plug. A spare fuse is enclosed in the case.

Caution

1. This tool can only be applied to DC 12V power.
2. Do not use the tool continuously for more than 10 minutes.
3. Do not touch the shaft head with your hand during operation.
4. When using the clips on your car’s battery, please make sure to connect the clips to the correct terminals of the battery: red to positive and black to negative.
5. Do not use sockets not included in this kit.
6. New fuse’s rated current should be or less than 12A.
7. Turn off the switch 3-5 seconds after the “clatter” sound is heard, then continue the operation.
8. The manufacturer recommends checking the tightness of the wheel nuts with a wheel brace after tightening with the impact wrench. The impact wrench is only for emergency use. Use a professional torque wrench to recheck the correct torque immediately.
9. The manufacturer takes no responsibility for incorrect usage of this product. The impact wrench is only designed to loosen and tighten car wheel nuts.
