User Guide
Before using this product, please prepare the following tools.
Personal protective equipment, such as protective gloves and goggles.Cables or terminals that require crimping. Lubricant and a clean cloth.
The method of use is as follows:
- Select the jaw size that needs to be crimped, and rotate the left and right jaws to the corresponding position.
- Put the cable or terminal to be crimped into the jaw and align it with the jaw gear.
- Firmly press the handle down until the jaws are fully closed.
- Keep the handle in compression until the crimping is complete.
- Release the handle and take out the crimped cable or terminal.
Jaw adjustment method
The jaws of this cable crimper are adjustable. When in use, press down the spring on the clamp head, rotate the left and right jaws to the jaws that need to be crimped at the same time, and then release the spring to fix the jaws
Crimping Tool Repair and Maintenance
- This product has tightly fitted components. Do not dismantle the components.
- Avoid knocking the tool and keep it away from moisture.
- After repeated use of this tool, check the quantity of oil in the oil reservoir.
- Use ##20 oil for refill. Refilled oils shall be cleared of dust and grit.
- Unload the fixed handle, pull out the rear oil plug from the oil reservoir, and add ##20 mechanical oil filtered through a 200- filter screen until oil overflows.
- Loosen the oil valve and slowly turn the movable handle several times to release trapped air in the oil reservoir. Replace the oil plug and screw down the fixing handle.
