VEVOR Golf Cart Battery Charger User Manual
Overview
With CPU control and PWM technology, the UY series charger has advantages like high efficiency, good stability, low carbon emissions, and energy savings. Three-section charging mode—Controlling the charging current and voltage automatically and precisely ensures that the battery is charged fully and not overcharged, protecting your battery life.
Unpacking Inspection
Open the package case and carefully check the items shown in Table 1 for missing or damaged parts.

Operating Instructions

- Before charging, please connect the DC terminal to the battery first, and then connect the AC terminal.
- After charging is complete, unplug the AC terminal first, and then unplug the DC terminal.
- If not charging or after charging is complete, unplug the DC and AC terminals.
- LED1, the power-on indicator, shows red when the charger starts.
- LED2, the charging status indicator, shows red when the charger is charging, and shows green when the battery is completely charged.
Matters Needing Attention
- Don’t cover the charger or intake during charging.
- The charger should be placed where children cannot touch it.
- Please charge in an indoor area with good ventilation and heat dissipation. Charging is prohibited where humidity, high temperature, or a flammable, explosive gas is present.
- To avoid vibration damage, please don’t carry the charger on the driving vehicle for a long time.
- There is a danger of high voltage in the charger case. Please do not disassemble it unauthorized.
- The manufacturer is not responsible for losses caused by not operating according to the instruction manual.
Maintenance
WARNING: Before conducting the following operations, ensure the charger is disconnected from the battery and power connection.
Routine maintenance
- Clear dust on vents and fan regularly, to ensure the charger has good heat dissipation.
- Periodically wipe the case with a cloth with some alcohol.
- Do not use or store the charger in a humid or high-temperature environment.
Replace the fuse
If the charger can not charge, please confirm that the output fuse is blown. Install only a replacement fuse of the identical type and specification, as follows, and make sure the fuse is firmly fixed in the fuse holder.
