6. Use only on a flat, level, hard and smooth surface capable of safely supporting a fully loaded Chest.

Assembly Instructions

Tools Needed for Cart Assembly

(1) Screwdriver.

(1) M10 Wrench or Adjustable Wrench.

1. Install front crank frame to side frames using two M6 X35bolt sets. Next, add a cross brace to the side frame using four M6 x 35 Bolt Sets. Slide axles through tabs on the bottom of the side frames. See figure1.

2. Install wheels using a 12mm large washer and a cotter pin. See figure 2.

3. Attach hose reel end to the center hub using (6) M5 x 15screws. Repeat the opposite side. See figure 3A. Find the end of the center hub with the extra threaded screw hole, and insert the water coupler tube through this end first. Attach water coupler tube to the center hub using the painted water coupler U-Bracket & (2) M5*15 screws. See figure 3B.

4. Insert crank bushing into crank U-Bracket and attach to the front crank frame using (2) M6 x 35 Bolt Sets. Insert the crank handle through the crank bushing, then slide the hose reel onto the crank handle, securing with (2) M6x30 bolt sets. See figure 4.

5. Attach the opposite end of the hose reel to the cross brace using (2) M6 x 35 bolt sets. See figure 5.

6. Assemble push handle onto cart frame using (2) M6x35 bolt sets. See Figure 6.

7. Attach the basket to the handle using (2) M6x35 bolt sets. See figure 7.

8. Insert rubber washers into the hose extension and water coupler. See figure 8.

9. Attach the hose extension to the water coupler. See figure 9.

Connect the Water Pipe
