Nice compact heater the only downside I think is the way the exhaust is ran under the unit.

You could not beat this little machine for the amount of heat that it puts out and for what little bit of fuel that it uses it. Heats my outbuilding perfectly my outbuilding measures 20 feet wide, 45 feet long. Go in start it up, get a winter minus eighteen degree weather.Give it 4 minutes and you are taking your coat off. Because it's warm enough to do so. Plus it is so quiet.Cannot believe how quiet it runs love.The remote control for the thing

Easy to follow directions made set up a snap. My only gripe is the hose is quite short. Still looking for a good quality hose that doesn’t have noxious off gassing.

Just got this installed yesterday so can't speak to longevity. But, the new controller has features that I've wanted for awhile. Firstly, it has a true thermostat mode where the heater turns on and off with room temperature. When in this Auto mode, it stops heating and goes into a standby mode until heating is needed again. Seems to have about a +/-3 deg C temperature band. Secondly, there is a bluetooth phone app that allows settings adjustments way easier than the controller buttons (which still work also.) The bluetooth app also allows you to dim or turn off the controller backlight as well as silence the little voice. Lots of little changes that I like. The bluetooth app is very intuitive, pretty much eliminating the need for the manual's operating instructions. The manual of course is still practically unintelligible. But once you figure things out the manual makes more sense.

Works great keeping my porch warm in the winter

This worked great for providing some fast heat in both our camper van as well as our barn. Use in the barn required a 12v adapter and some workarounds, but provided a burst of heat to our chickens when they needed it most (note that the exhaust was a little tricky to run outside, but in the end, it worked great for a purpose it wasn't designed for). Good to have on hand for a variety of reasons!
