Works great, but had one of the snap rings on one of the track rollers missing. I replaced it and grease tracks. Works great

Nice, but the wire rope (cable) was all twisted like a bird's nest on a fishing reel. I had to pull all the wire rope out, have a neighbor come over to hold tension on it so I can rewind it straight, so it wouldn't be twisted up and cut into itself. Additionally, poor design also on the terminating wire rope loop, it does not have a thimble inside AND is attached with a threaded bolt where over time, the threads will wear on the cable and prematurely fray and fail. Change out the threaded bolt for a smooth clevis pin with a hitch clip pin holding it in. Two simple improvements to better the quality and longevity of this lift. I did use it yesterday and it did work quite well!

This thing really is pretty good but one of the caster wheels vibrated off and fell out of my truck while driving! I think they need lock washers to prevent it from happening

Well made heavy quality product. Works very well as advertised. I'm very pleased with this purchase. It lifts easily to the height I need

So far it seems to be doing the job. Too soon to rate it a 5 star but worth the money
