Good quality, accurate measurements. Seals don't go all the way around the part of the window that goes up, and there is water that pools in the channel at the bottom of the frame. I drilled some holes there so water doesn't sit and rust, and plan to add more rubber gasket to make it water tight. But overall happy with the product, and I have two of them in my trailer now in different sizes!

Very good window - well packaged. Did have one corner that was slightly bent but was easily straightened out. Dimensions in the diagram are wrong. I purchased the 3' x 3' which the diagram showed as the dimension of the outer "nailing" flange but 36 x 36 is actually the size of the inner window frame. So you'll need at least a 36.25" x 36.25" opening to mount it. If it had been the dimensions shown, I would have only had to cut out one steel bar in the trailer to get it to fit. Since it was bigger, I had to cut 3 and do a bunch of extra welding to fit it into my trailer. Been using it for several weeks now and it does work perfectly and looks good. Window panel in it seems to be some sort of plastic or polycarbonate.

Love them, really no problem with them and installation was simple. Only thing I would suggest is a way to lock the shocks possibly? To be fair we were in a very windy place that had gusts up to 28 mph.

The concession windows came on time, very well packaged, and ready to install. After inspection they are very good quality for the price and very sturdy. The hydraulics are very strong and good quality. We have not installed the windows yet but I have no doubt they will look amazing when we are done.

Very well built. Inner and outer gaskets seal weather out, no leaks. Had it professionally installed used good quality exterior sealer/caulk. Gas pistons raise the window effortlessly. Comes with a rod to pull the window closed. The interior latch is recessed into the frame so it doesn’t protrude ensuring that it doesn’t get damaged. The lock has two locking points to secure the window. Comes with plastic film on all surfaces to prevent scratches when installing. We are very happy with this service window.
