I recently ordered a VEVOR Maple Syrup Evaporator Pan. Unfortunately, the item arrived with minor shipping damage on a corner seam.
I contacted customer service, and I was very impressed by their responsiveness. The support team listened carefully to my concerns regarding the technical fix required and worked with me to find a very fair agreement (a partial refund to cover a local TIG welding repair).
