I bought this size thinking I’d get more sap this year, but with the unpredictable spring we’ve had I managed to boil down only one batch. It worked great! It fits perfectly and I added a few more fittings to make it easier for my set up. I wish it had another temp probe in a lower orientation for an easier sap reading. I’m sure I could add one. Overall, it’s a nice evaporator godd construction and welds.

Vary satisfied , delivered in a timely manner

Unit was shipped and received in a timely manner. Very easy to assemble (10 min total). Edges were sharp, but not so much to cut you if you wore gloves moving unit. All parts and pieces were there. Hydro tested to check welds, no problems with welds. Brought up to heat with sap in the container to slowly heat up welds and not crack them. Boiled sap and worked perfectly. Great buy!
