Sourdough Only have a small toaster oven, so needed an oven large enough to hold a Dutch oven to bake sourdough. The countertop 28L oven is perfect! Runs on 120v so no rewiring needed. Much less expensive than other brands of its size. Directions for use are simple and straight forward. Well made and temperature is accurate. I messaged customer service because the fan runs constantly when it’s on; they were prompt, polite, and reassured me that is normal.
Producing artisan-quality loaves. Am recommending this oven to my bread baking friends!
Jacob I bought this to heat things up in my shop. Not food, but metal, molds, etc. I wanted a large interior with as small a footprint as possible, and this oven fits that bill perfectly. It is very lightweight, but be careful because the top will get extremely hot. Don't put anything on top of it, and make sure you use the handle to open and close the oven. The controls are pretty easy to use, and the timer is a real nice feature too. It may smell funny the first time you heat it up, but that's pretty normal and it goes away once you've used it a few times.
Rich Bought this to bake bread taken from a (Vevor) bread machine on the dough cycle and divided into two loaves baked as needed. The oven itself and the controls work very well and do an excellent job for me.
However, there is one glaring design error which causes me considerable problems - The oven has no insulation in it. It has a double wall construction which might help a little but the outside top gets dangerously hot. Everything Vevor brand I have was designed better than this.
At some point in the future I will probably look at disassembling the oven and inserting some mineral insulation. Then it will be what it should have been all along.
