Contents arrived through Fed Ex Ground. The package was left at the front of our front door. It was all messed up and covered with packing tape! it looked like they tried to to re-tape a hard boiled egg back together. I called Vevor prior and ask where was my package? I tracked it and it was in a Fed Ex Facility for over 7 days. They stated they would not start a tracer after 48 hours. It was 7days no reply form Vevor. When the package arrived it was missing all the hard wear to bolt the ramps down. I had to purchase the bolts to get it done. More cost. The product itself is "Great".. Service from Fed Ex and Vevor was poor at best! "SORRY" But True.

Fasteners could be better quality, you can buy alternatives online Simpson Strong Tie Simpson SL50400HR25 Sleeve-All 1/2" by 4" Hex Head Sleeve Anchor for example, also it would be nice if the ramps came with plugs for the fastener holes EZends Premium Grade 1 1/4 Inch Round Plastic Plugs for example. Good product for the money.

I love the product - good value, good product, purchased on clearance price. This perfectly fit my purpose. I was scraping getting out of my drive, but the ramp is not too big and still heavy enough to not move once bolted to each other. I purchased the two ends and the middle separately and was able to get cheaper than the full kit. Cheaper than the competition for essentially the same product. If you have the curbs that are sloped then you will need this type of product to prevent bumpers from coming off on exiting your driveway. This keeps the car relatively level with the driveway instead of diving of the driveway. Just buy it, your car will thank you!
